The name “Yensas Foundation” is a common name used in Russia for a number of Russian government agencies, including the Ministry of Culture, Health and Sport.
That agency, Yensas State Fund, is an organization with a mission to promote the countrys image.
The Russian government has long maintained that it has no control over the Yensa Foundation.
A spokesperson for the Ministry said the organization “does not have a role in the development of the brand or brand name.”
The name has also been used to describe other organizations in Russia.
In 2016, the Russian government launched a project to rename a small town in central Russia after former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev.
The project was funded by a $1.5-million grant from the Russian Federal Tax Authority.
The name change prompted a backlash from local residents and some in the Russian media.
“This is an insult,” local resident Sergei Klykh told The Associated Press in 2017.
“We are not used to this.
If this is a joke, then why did it need to be done?”
Klykh said the local authorities were forced to rename the town after Gorbakov because of the public outcry.
Gorbavachen is the home of the Yursa Foundation, which was founded in 2000 and has a population of just over 1,500.
Its mission is to provide free, quality education and other services to children.
The foundation has also raised money to establish a school in a village in the village of Krasnoyarsk.

He also was one of several prominent figures who attended the funeral of former president Boris Yeltsin in 2006.
In 2015, Lukashetvich left his post in the Council on Human Rights after accusing Yeltsina of “unfair and unjustifiable” treatment of his organization.
Lukashenvich is currently living in Sweden.
